The HANCOCK family arrived Melbourne 26 nov 1841 on the Wallace from England. They left Melbourne 20 feb 1842 for NZ on the Bolina and arrived BOI March? 1842. Thomas Hancock was a carpenter in 1842.6 He immigrated to Melbourne to BOI on the Bolina on 20 February 1842 ESR has arr. Auckland 1841, JGOC has arrived BOI 1841 on the Bellina.2,5 He was a Proprietor Captain Cook Inn, Khyber Pass, Auckland in 1859.4 He was a brewer, Auckland in 1880.7
